Privacy Policy
MingleMatch Content Manager · Effective October 24, 2026
1. Who operates the application
MingleMatch Content Manager is a private, owner-operated application managed by the individual operating under the MingleMatch brand (the “Operator”). It is intended only to manage the Operator’s own MingleMatch Pinterest Business account. For privacy questions or requests, contact couplecorner.etsy@gmail.com.
2. Purpose of the application
The application prepares, validates, schedules locally, and—only after the Operator has separately enabled production publishing—may publish original MingleMatch Pins to the Operator’s Pinterest boards. It can also collect Pinterest account and Pin analytics for the Operator’s own management and reporting. The application is not a consumer product, marketplace, advertising service, or marketing website.
3. Pinterest authorization and data accessed
When the Operator authorizes the application through Pinterest OAuth, the application may receive OAuth access and refresh tokens and the Pinterest permissions approved in the OAuth consent screen. The requested permissions are limited to the application’s documented purpose, including reading and managing the Operator’s boards and Pins, and reading applicable account or Pin analytics when Pinterest grants that access.
Depending on the permissions granted and functions used, the application may process Pinterest account identifiers, board identifiers and names, Pin identifiers, titles, descriptions, destinations, publication status and timestamps, API responses, and analytics metrics such as impressions, saves, and outbound clicks when Pinterest makes them available.
4. Local processing and credential protection
The application runs on the Operator’s Windows computer. OAuth tokens are stored locally using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI), which encrypts them for the Operator’s Windows user context. The application does not intentionally place OAuth tokens in public source code, Pin metadata, or ordinary plaintext logs.
Local records may include approved creative file paths, publication-queue state, Pin IDs and URLs returned by Pinterest, error and retry records, and analytics observations. These records prevent duplicate publication, respect local schedule and pause controls, verify API responses, and maintain the Operator’s operational history.
5. Retention and deletion
OAuth tokens, local publication records, and analytics records are retained until the Operator requests deletion. The Operator may disconnect the application from Pinterest or request deletion by emailing couplecorner.etsy@gmail.com. Deleting local records cannot remove Pins or data already held by Pinterest; those are governed by Pinterest’s controls and policies.
6. Third-party services and destinations
The application uses Pinterest’s Developer Platform and OAuth services for the authorized functions described above. This page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP address and browser/network metadata, to deliver and secure it under its own privacy policy.
The application does not change MingleMatch’s existing Linktree or Amazon destinations. A published commercial Pin may link to the approved MingleMatch Linktree destination. Any later interaction with Linktree, Amazon, or another third party is governed by that third party’s own policies and is outside the local Pinterest-manager application.
7. Sharing
The Operator does not sell personal data through this application. Data is disclosed to Pinterest when necessary to use Pinterest’s authorized API functions, and to Cloudflare only to the extent necessary to host this public policy page. The Operator may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the application, accounts, or users from fraud or security threats.
8. Privacy rights
You may contact the Operator to ask about personal data associated with this application, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Send requests to couplecorner.etsy@gmail.com. The Operator may need to verify a request and may be unable to delete information Pinterest or Cloudflare independently retains under their own policies or legal obligations.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application’s data practices materially change. The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published.
